Shipping Information

* Please note that all couriers are doing their best during Covid 19 but are not Guaranteeing a next day delivery service due to amount of packages being sent, whilst most do arrive we cannot say 100% this will happen as we are all adapting to this problem in social and warehouse distancing *

If your order is time dependent we do recommend that you opt for the UPS or Special Delivery options Please do not ask us to leave items on doorsteps etc as a signature is required for all items.

All orders paid for by Paypal must be delivered and signed for to the address in the Paypal account used for payment.

Please inform us if you need to change the delivery address for any reason.

Please note 

  • All orders with payment cleared by 1pm with a Royal Mail delivery option selected will be sent the same day.
  • The UPS/Courier  ( Next Day delivery ) same day collection cut-off is 11am.
  • All orders received after 1pm on a Thursday will be treated as Friday orders, so UPS ordered after this time will be delivered on the following Monday
  • TNT Saturday is available or RMTracked 24 is delivering at 97% next day at the moment.
  • If your order is urgent then please contact us ( shipping@schiit.eu.com) and we will do all we can to accommodate. We can even provide a same day delivery service if required.
  • Delivery charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packed.
  • You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a valid  delivery address before your order is processed.
  • We offer different shipping options depending on weight, value of the items and your location.
  • A signature will be required for all deliveries, so please ensure someone is available to sign.
  • Our shipping charges are based on the costs incurred to us, we do not profit from our delivery charges.

Customs, Duties and VAT

  • VAT will be deducted, at the applicable UK rate for items exported to countries outside the European Union.
  • All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients outside of the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes.
  • We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommend that all customers make themselves aware any of such local charges before ordering. 
  • We can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.
  • These charges cannot be refunded once delivered as this is the resposibility of the receiver

UK Deliveries

  • Royal Mail Signed  for smaller items 1-2 kg (1-2 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - up to 5 Kg - Next business day (Not Guaranteed)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - up to 2Kg  Next Business Day Guaranteed by 1pm

  • UPS - over 5 Kilos next Day not 100% guaranteed but most likely depending on area

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery option

  • This is available for ordering on a Friday only, for an extra charge
  • Up to 2 kilos will be Royal Mail special Saturday delivery guaranteed
  • Over 4 kilos will be by TNT (not 100% guaranteed)

Orders over 4 Kilos to non-mainland UK (including Isle of Man, Western Isles, etc), Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands addresses maybe subject to additional charges.  The cost of shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Please be aware that these addresses will not be a next day delivery service.estimates are 2-4 days


  • If for some reason your choice of courier is not available or is showing a slower than quoted delivery date, we may send your order by another courier.
  • Please note that some countries for UPS delivery come under a remote surcharge list
  • If your location comes up as standard delivery, we will refund the difference to you as we cannot list all locations.
  • If your country is not available at point of ordering please contact us first
  • Please note that some remote areas are subject to additional charges

Prices and Currency

  • All prices on electromod.co.uk are in pounds sterling and include VAT, at the applicable UK rate.
  • The cost of the item purchased minus VAT will be displayed for items being exported/delivered outside the European Union.
  • Please enter a contact phone number with your country and area code.
  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed up to 2 Kilos (3-10 working days)
  • UPS/FedEx over 2 Kilos (2-5 working days)
  • Express option is available in some areas
  • This delivery service is for customers located  within Europe
  • For your protection, a signature will be required on delivery.
  • Courier option may differ from that selected
  • Visitors to the UK (Shipping to Hotels)

If you are visiting the UK and would like your order delivered to your hotel please check the following:

  • Call the hotel you are visiting and verify that they accept deliveries for hotel guests.
  • Check that the booking at your hotel is made in your name (rather than in the name of a company or another visitor).

Important Note: If for any reason the hotel refuses the delivery and the item is sent back to us we reserve the right to charge for the cost of delivery and return to our warehouse (i.e. double the cost of shipping).

BFPO orders

  • We offer FREE shipping to all BFPO addresses 
  • Please ensure that you enter all necessary information
  • Rank, location, BFPO number etc.
  • Please contact us if you need further information on these orders

General Information

  • If your order is returned to us unsigned for you will be liable for the redelivery charge
  • We cannot mark any orders as Gift etc.
  • Delivery times are an estimate only and we are not responsible for any delays once the order has left our premises, but we will do all we can to trace any delayed orders
  • All orders must be checked thoroughly at point of delivery and any problems reported to us immediately
